Chism Brothers 2010 Christmas Party Update

We just had our annual Chism Brothers Painting Company Christmas Party last Friday. Unfortunately our photographer backed out at the last minute with the flu, and we forgot to take photos, yes even with all of our smartphones present! So no pics this year…bummer.

We invited two small contractors this year: Ben Teeter (serving Mission Hills) and Mark Tomlin (La Jolla-based Clay Leaf Building Contractors) who came. I also invited our friendly competitor, John Peek from Peek Brothers Painting. John had to manage a current painting project, but his wife, Stacey attended. A long time friend and client, Candy B. made her famous Carnival cookies for us, with all the m&m’s being CBP colors! She said she enjoyed making the cookies and remembering the guys who have worked at her house.

All in all, we had yet another good party and a lot to be thankful for in 2010. It is still a tough time for San Diego contractors. We are thankful for the work we have had this year and the painters we've been able to keep busy. Our painting staff are truly the best we've ever had!
