Over 75% Repeat & Referrals in 2006
Wednesday, February 21, 2007I (Dave Chism) recently went through all my 2006 leads to find out where most of our business came from last year. Based on the estimates I actually went out and sold, our company did over 75% of our business on existing customers, high-end contractors, referrals from professionals (designers, architects) and referrals from our customers!
We spend good money to brand our company to get the other 25% of our business. We certainly appreciate the confidence our customers have in our service. Thank you all for your referrals and for contributing to our successful 2006 painting year. We hope to keep getting better in our service to you! Our mission is: to provide a one of a kind experience by simply doing the right thing. Our long term goal is to be the most professional service company in San Diego. All this is possible because of you--our awesome employees and your trust in our company!
