After: We removed the border wallpaper, applied three coats to cover over the royal blue ceilings, painted the walls and installed the picture molding in this Chula Vista home (March of 2007).
-
Before: In this room, we suggested to the new parents that a picture molding be installed and have three colors applied to this bedroom. We selected a cream color for the ceiling and upper walls and a complimenting spring green for the lower walls with a very light white color for the trim.

After Shot of Entry Door System - If the side windows look a little funny in the picture, it is because there are screens installed. This project took about 3 days and cost approximately $1,700 -
Before Shot of Entry Doors System - Complete Staining of both sides and three coats of two separate products (interior and exterior products) Approximate cost: $1,700 -
Mission Hills Exterior: After - Here is the final shot of this Mission Hills exterior we finished in March of 2007. -
Mission Hills Exterior: Before - We did all the necessary stucco repairs and wood repairs before applying one coat on the stucco and two coats on the trim. This home was in very great shape, but the Baldwin family wanted to change the colors. -

The red had to go...as the colors just did NOT match. So we were hired to repaint the doors a solid dark brown color! Much better. -
The before photo is the gate with a stain that is cracking and peeling. We refinished it with a solid paint color, which will cause it to last longer in the sun.
