Exterior Completed with a Ceramic Coating in 2004 / Chism Brothers Painting has painted the exterior complete two times and recommended a quality ceramic to hold up even longer for the La Jolla wet and salty climate. The project was carefully scaffold to avoid breaking roof tiles and to help produce a more quality finish product.

Complete Repainting of this Encinitas home in 2004. Approximate Cost $9,000 for 1 coat & in good shape

Approximate Cost: $17,000-20,000 with a difficult scaffolding setup. Tutor-style home near the La Jolla Country Club. We repainted the exterior a second time in 2004 with a high quality, waterproof finish.
