Exterior Completed with a Ceramic Coating in 2004 / Chism Brothers Painting has painted the exterior complete two times and recommended a quality ceramic to hold up even longer for the La Jolla wet and salty climate. The project was carefully scaffold to avoid breaking roof tiles and to help produce a more quality finish product.
