One of our project managers, Marty, just finished painting a Bayside Condo. The condos are 100 feet from the bay and each unit has a patio and a second story deck.
Bayside Condos are fairly difficult to paint, so the crew used a 32' ladder and jacks and a plank for easier access.
The customer chose blue for the siding, grey for the stucco and white shadow for the trim. We used Vista Coverall on the siding, stucco and trim, and Protec on the rails and metal gates.
Overall, the job took about 200 hours. But it was a pleasant change of pace for Marty and his crew. Below are before and after pictures of the job. (Before on the left, after on the right).
