The group was called the Residential Forum of the Painting and Decorating Contractors of America. This event is annual and called, "Advanced Shop Talk (AST). Professional residential painting contractors, who desire to be the best in their area, come together to discuss what is working or not working in their business. The round table discussions that take place are geared to help each contractor improve their businesses from accurate estimating to better customer service.
