We recently received this customer survey back from a long time client in Rancho Bernardo through Guild Quality. We thought we'd post the results. The project was completed by Marty Sass, who has been with Chism Brothers since 1986.

Guild Quality is a third party survey company that will, at times, contact our customers to see how we measured up. We like having Guild Quality around, because we get more honest feedback on how to improve our systems and customer service.
