Exterior Painting, Refinishing, and Termite Repairs in La Jolla

The home you see above is one that we have visited before for various projects in years past. This time, there were a few points around the exterior that were in need of attention.

Home Painting and Repair - Creating Healthy and Attractive Exterior Surfaces

What did our work here include? The details are below, and the photos are above. Be sure to click through to see the before/after transformations.

Repainted portions of the stucco - It may be attractive and durable, but damaged or weathered stucco is not something you want to ignore. Cracks need to be addressed as well if they are wide enough to slip a credit card inside (that’s a good rule of thumb!). In this case, we only needed to repaint specific sections.
We also repainted the eaves and door, and repaired (then painted) areas damaged by termites around the window. Out with the damaged wood, and in with a restored, sealed, solid surface.
As a final project for our client, we also stripped and refinished the threshold. If you take a look at the photos above, you can see that it was definitely in need of attention.
