This month we were hired to paint a unique home in Del Mar. The homeowners were comprehensively remodeling, so there was little furniture or flooring to accomodate.
We used Frazee flat on all the ceilings and walls and we used Dunn Edwards semi-gloss acrylic enamel for all the door casings, base moulding, window frames and the rest of the trim. All interior doors were vertical grain Douglas Fir, so we finished them with two coats sanding sealer and three coats clear satin lacquer.
