We love receiving feedback from our customers. We recently completed an exterior repaint for a long time client of ours who, when we finished the project, filled out one of our satisfaction surveys. In short, she continued to be happy with the cleaniness, details and final product. We didn't expect to hear back a couple days later with more feedback. What she told us was music to our ears. Here is the summary as told to me from our office manager this AM:
"She [our customer] had a window washing company that she has used forever. The man groaned...."Painters? I have to clean up after painters?" He just left and told Julie that she has a very professional painting company. He has NEVER cleaned up after a Painter that was so careful with a client's home.

When we have to work around windows, powerwashing for example, our painters are trained to make sure the windows are fairly clean when we are done. We are not professional window washers, but we don't want to leave the windows looking dirty. It does not take long to wipe the glass and framing down. It makes the job of a professional window washer that much easier!
