I (Dave Chism) recently went through all my 2006 leads to find out where most of our business came from last year. Based on the estimates I actually went out and sold, our company did over 75% of our business on existing customers, high-end contractors, referrals from professionals (designers, architects) and referrals from our customers!
We spend good money to brand our company to get the other 25% of our business. We certainly appreciate the confidence our customers have in our service.
