How many times have you gone to a wesbite, filled out a request and waited for over 24 hours for a response? With this new feature, the request is sent directly to an estimator in the field on his cell phone. He can quickly respond to your request when he is at a good stopping point. A typical response time during normal business hours will be no more than 30 minutes. This service is for existing customers and those of you who wish to give us a try!
