San Diego Spring Exterior Painting by the Chism Brothers

Last Updated: April 1, 2011

White stucco home with red tile roof, surrounded by greenery and a low wall.

This time of year is a busy exterior painting season. Currently, Chism Brothers Painting is working on several exterior jobs. Seventy-five percent of these projects are return customers who have used CBP for the entirety of their home-ownership.

One of the projects we are working on is for a Mission Hills customer we painted when they moved in to their Craftsmen-style home, and as they’re getting ready to put their home on the market, they again requested our services. Another family we are presently working with is vamping up their new home. Finally, the rest of our current projects are general painting and up-keep jobs in Rancho Santa Fe and Carlsbad.

Its been a little rainy out lately, but generally it’s always the “right” time to paint in San Diego. This season especially, as the rain begins to calm and mellow out, is the right time of year to spruce up the external paint of your home.

A home always has a first impression, even to passers-by. To keep your home fresh and inviting, a new coat of paint always helps to make your home look it’s best.

If you have any questions about exterior painting, or have a job you would like to begin, give us a call at: (858) 454-3850.

Quick tip : We are big fans of Benjamin Moore’s Aura product for exterior wood surfaces. When painting your exterior, be sure to ask us about BM Aura.
