Gain­ing your trust is para­mount to our suc­cess. There is no bet­ter way to gain your trust than to guar­an­tee the qual­i­ty of our work. It’s our job to make sure you are hap­py with your paint­ing expe­ri­ence, and we guar­an­tee it.

War­ran­ty Information

The war­ran­ty set forth below is con­di­tioned upon Own­er hav­ing paid in full all sums due under this Agree­ment, includ­ing any extras. Unless oth­er­wise agreed by both par­ties in writ­ing, the sole war­ran­ty of the work shall be as fol­lows: Con­trac­tor war­rants labor and mate­r­i­al for a peri­od of one (1) to five (5) years as per pro­pos­al and agree­ment (locat­ed on the ​“What We Are Paint­ing” page). The war­ran­ty goes into effect after final bal­ance has paid in full. If paint fail­ure appears, due to improp­er work­man­ship, Con­trac­tor will sup­ply labor and mate­ri­als to cor­rect the con­di­tion. Respon­si­bil­i­ty is lim­it­ed to cor­rect­ing the con­di­tion as indi­cat­ed above. This cor­rec­tion is con­di­tioned upon the Own­er deliv­er­ing to the Con­trac­tor by cer­ti­fied mail with­in 10 days of dis­cov­ery of such con­di­tions, writ­ten noti­fi­ca­tion there­of. The notice must iden­ti­fy the nature of the prob­lem. Notice shall be giv­en to Con­trac­tor at 7958 Con­voy Ct. San Diego, CA 92111. This war­ran­ty excludes, and in no event will Con­trac­tor be respon­si­ble for con­se­quen­tial or inci­den­tal dam­ages caused by acci­dent or abuse, tem­per­a­ture changes, set­tle­ment or mois­ture, cracks caused by expan­sion and/​or con­trac­tion. Cracks in exist­ing sur­faces will be prop­er­ly pre­pared as indi­cat­ed at time of job, but re­emergence of such cracks will not be cov­ered under this war­ran­ty. No war­ran­ty on pre­vi­ous or new rust areas.
