As an Apprentice 2, you’ve had some hands-on experience and will continue to develop jobsite and customer service skills to advance your trade.
New to painting? No problem, here at CBP we will train you on all the skills you will need to grow your career as a painter. Just bring a good attitude, good work ethic and an eagerness to learn.
As a Painter 1, you will have a growing skill set and increasing responsibility. Knowledge of jobsite processes and jobsite safety.
A Painter 2 has strong painting skills and is a dedicated team member with strong knowledge of safety procedures and customer service.
As a Lead Painter, you have industry knowledge and a robust skill set; able to work independently to take personal professional responsibility for quality outcomes on smaller projects.
Our Project Managers possess all painting skills and are our team leaders. They are responsible for job management, mentoring their team, and upholding CBP’s Core Values.
