Staining Entry Doors

We get quite a bit of calls to strip, restain and finish entry door systems. It is perhaps some of the more complicated and detailed finishing work for a paint company. The process for this particular set of doors takes 3 days. After the stripping is complete, we apply the desired stain. We are able to custom mix our own stain colors to get the right look you want.

After the staining is complete, we apply 3 varnish coats. To maintain these doors, we recommend a light sand and fresh coat of varnish every 2 – 3 years depending on how much sun exposure they receive.
