Exterior Painting and Restoration in South Park

No matter how well you protect and maintain your property, eventually your exterior paint begins to wear down and show its age. This is true especially for those spots that are high-traffic, including porches and entry areas.
We recently were asked to freshen the exterior of this building in South Park. It’s a prime example of age and weather-induced decay, but after it was repaired and painted the surfaces looked phenomenal. Take a look at the photos we've included!
We used the following products to button this project up: Behr Ultra Flat on the siding and eaves, and Behr Ultra Semi-Gloss on the windows, fascia, and miscellaneous trim. For the front and back porch we used Home Depot's porch and floor paint.
